Double Girder Gantry Crane Introduction:
U type double girder gantry crane is applied to general materials handing service in outdoor freight yard and along railway line , such as loading,unloading ,lifting and transferring work .As there is more space under legs of gantry crane , it’s fit for conveying larger products ,saddle support isn’t needed for U type gantry crane , So overall height of crane is reduced given certain lift height.
The U type double main girder hook gantry crane has two U-shaped outriggers.The crane is suitable for railway freight yards, ports, open-air warehouses, container transfer stations, etc. with large spans and frequent loading and unloading operations. The crane adopts a U-shaped gantry, and its over-leg clearance is large (nearly 7m), which is suitable for loading and unloading of long and heavy goods and containers. Due to the structural characteristics of the U-shaped door crane, the saddle frame is omitted, and the height of the whole machine is reduced under the condition of a certain lifting height.
U-shaped double main girder hook gantry crane has a rated lifting capacity of 5~500 tons; both sides of the crane can be equipped with cantilevers; large workload A5~A7 (ISO); special industry hooks can be grab buckets, magnets, lifting beams; environment Working temperature -40~50 degrees.
